Citizens of Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, and Moldova 🇦🇲🇧🇾🇬🇪🇲🇩

If you are a citizen of one of these countries, but do not meet any criteria from the above section “You DON’T need a work permit in the following situations”, you need a declaration of entrusting work to a foreigner (PSZ-OPWP - in Polish, it's "Oświadczenie o powierzeniu wykonywania pracy cudzoziemcowi") from the Employment Office. Without it, you can’t legally work in Poland - you have to wait until the Employment Office confirms that PSZ-OPWP is ready.

The declaration is submitted by Appjobs. When done, Work Office has 7 days to approve it. The Work Office requires 100 PLN to prepare such declaration - we will deduct from your settlements after you start working.

➡️ To prepare such declaration, Appjobs needs:

  • Confirmation of legal stay in Poland - your passport (all filled pages of the passport) and a visa or residence card.

Citizens of Ukraine 🇺🇦

If you are a citizen of Ukraine or their husband / wife, and entered Poland from the territory of Ukraine after February 23, 2022, the conditions of your employment are very much simplified. All you need is a notification of entrusting work to a citizen of Ukraine (in Polish: powiadomienie o powierzeniu pracy obywatelowi Ukrainy). The declaration is submitted by Appjobs. These declarations are free of charge for Ukrainian citizens.

➡️ To prepare such delaration, Appjobs needs at least 1 of the following documents:

Your passport

  • Required confirmation: provide scans/photos of all filled pages of your passport.
