Glovo - earnings per hour
Our statistics show that the average earnings in Glovo in Poland are 29,38 PLN gross per hour.
The highest rates are earned by people from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship (36,84 PLN gross per hour), while the lowest - from the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship (25,21 PLN gross per hour).
The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship and the Lubelskie Voivodeship are the only ones in which average hourly earnings exceed 35 PLN gross. Glovers in the Zachodniopomorskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Podkarpackie and Pomorskie voivodeships can expect to earn between 30-35 PLN gross per hour. On the other hand, earnings in the range of 25-30 PLN were available in the Śląskie, Łódzkie, Małopolskie, Mazowieckie, Dolnośląskie, Lubuskie and Wielkopolskie voivodeship.
In none of the analysed voivodeships earnings fell below 25 PLN gross per hour.
Glovo - earnings per order
Not every Glover chooses to work full-time on the app. Many people instead choose to do the occasional 'freelance' job in their spare time. In such case, Glovo rates perorder are significantly more important. How much can you earn? The average Glovo rate for a single order is 13,64 PLN gross.
According to the information we gathered, the highest remuneration for a single order can be received in the Lubelskie Voivodeship. It amounts to 15,57 PLN gross on average - this is the only voivodeship where the average earnings exceeded the amount of 15 PLN per order. The lowest earnings, i.e. 11,95 PLN gross per order, are earned by people from the Łódzkie Voivodeship - this is the only voivodeship where average earnings are below 12 PLN.
And how much can you earn in Glovo in other regions? Rates between 13 and 14 PLN gross per order can be found in the Małopolska, Wielkopolskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Dolnośląskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Podkarpackie, Śląskie and Mazowieckie voivodeships. Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Pomorskie and Lubuskie voivodeships are ranked between 14 and 15 PLN gross.
Glovo - wages. Where can you make the most money?
According to anonymous data from Appjobs Work users, the best gross earnings per hour can be expected in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The best single-order rates, however, await Glovers from the Lublin region.
In theory, to increase the chance for your Glovo earnings to be higher, it is worth looking for orders in the largest voivodeship cities, where regular orders appear most frequently. On the other hand, the highest average hourly earnings can be found in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship - this may seem rather odd given that earnings per order there are in the mid-range. However, cities in Kujawsko-Pomorskie are relatively small compared to the rest of Poland. This means less distance to drive and fewer residents, which equals less traffic jams, and less competition. It is worth remembering that the more couriers in a given city, the fewer opportunities to earn money.

How much Glovo courier earns - wages and benefits
Keep in mind that the algorithm according to which earnings at Glovo were calculated is very complex. Glovo wages also depend on additional compensation for aspects such as kilometres driven, waiting time longer than 5 minutes, change of the delivery address during the order, driving in the rain or completing the so-called challenges.
There is also a so-called multiplier which modifies the base rates. Multipliers are higher during peak hours, when there are more orders in the app, in order to encourage more people to deliver (the higher the multiplier, the higher the income).
In our study, we included tips, bonuses and base earnings (rates based on location + mileage, and waiting time bonuses + the multiplier). All of these are gross amounts - taxes must also be paid on tips and bonuses!
